We decided to put together some pictures of Yellowstone National Park that were taken throughout the years and several trips in and around the park. After all, Yellowstone is the World’s First National Park and one of the most beautiful. Why not share all the beautiful imagery it has to offer.
Grand Prismatic Spring
Starting off our Pictures of Yellowstone National Park collection, we have Grand Prismatic Spring. This picture was taken from the overlook on a hike headed up to Fairy Falls. When you are down on the board walk below you cannot grasp the full size and beauty of the Grand Prismatic Spring. If you want the best way to see it, stop at this overlook off the main hiking trail to Fairy Falls. It will provide you with breath taking views of this spring and should definitely be on your list of things to see in the park. Enjoy!
Now we have a picture of the Grand Prismatic Spring taken from the side on a much cooler day. The light was perfect, and you really get an awesome view of the steam rising off the spring from the air temperature being colder.
